About Event

Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan takes great pleasure in welcoming your attendance at the 1st International Conference on Food Technology and Agriculture (I^st ICoFTA).
International Conference on Food Technology and Agriculture international conferences for presenting novel and applied experiences in the fields of food science, food technology, agricultural industry, and food security. It also serves to foster communication among scientists, researchers, scholars, resource managers, practitioners, students, policymakers, and all those interested in agricultural, environmental sciences, and food security from all around the world.
The main theme for the 1st ICoFTA 2023 is “Novel Food Technology: Safe, Healthy, and Sustainable”.

Scope Paper Submission:

1. Innovative Food and agricultural product technology
2. Sustainable food and agriculture waste technology
3. Food ingredient and chemistry
4. Functional food and nutrition
5. Food safety and halal food

Poster Presentation:

1. Poster presentations are organised in poster sessions, and poster sessions belonging thematically to the same conference topic/scope.
2. The recommended poster size is 90×130 cm and Graphic materials should be readable at a distance of 1.5-2.0 metres.
3. Be sure to include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is underway.
